With over 20 years of experience in the composite materials industry, our technical team has a deep understanding of the advantages, characteristics, applications of not only in carbon fiber, but also other composite materials such as fiberglass, Kevlar, aramid, prepreg of fabric, unidirectional fabaric and forged carbon fiber, woven / non-woven fabric, epoxy resin, vinyl ester resin, KEEP,KEAP and the production processes and skill of composites production. We can meet the design and development needs of various products.


(5) Our production lines and who we serve?
As a professional composite products manufacturer, we master various production processes and have our own production lines. Our main business is to provide customized product development and production services for our customers. Our production lines include:

1) Autoclave molding processes
We have an autoclave molding process production line that can develop various custom structural components with maximum dimensions of 2400mm in length and 1200mm in width. Products include carbon fiber drone fuselages, boat hulls, modified car accessories asfront / rear bumper, side skirts, hood, trunk lid, roof, spoiler, front / rear fender, doors, air intakes, wheel rims, interior parts, racing seats, steering wheel accessories, dashboards; Other consumer markets as cigar tubes, helmet, suitecase…etc.

2) Compression molding
Our compression molding production line and process can be used to produce carbon fiber sheets and functional components, such as carbon finer plate and veneers for remote control model upgraded parts: car Chassis, front/rear Tower, Bottom Shock, Tower Board, RC Chassis Frame, drone / unmanned Aerial vehicle (UAV) / quadcopter / moltirotor frame and fin for helicopter; Shaped parts as propellers, landing gear, tail gear, spinners for airplane; Bicycle Accessories as Bike frame, head tube, front fork, saddle, crank, rear derailleur, rim, tape, machinery parts as intelligent packaging mechanical shrapnel; accessories as rings, bracelets, belt buckles, pendants, Other consumer markets as key chain, watch dial, lighters, coasters, pen, watch and glasses legs, sports shoe sole, bow shrapnel…etc

3) Carbon fiber fabric roll wrapped tubes production
We also have a carbon fiber roll wrapped tubes production line that can meet the production needs of pipe fittings with various specifications. Based on customer requirements, we can customize the structure of the pipe materials. The applications can be shipbuilding as mast, hull, oars, flagstaff; Remote control model upgraded parts: drone frame, UAV, tail boom, tail support; Other consumer markets: trekking poles, telescopic rod, fishing rod…etc.

4) Carbon fiber pultruded profiles production  
In addition, we have a mature pultrusion profile production line and a full range of production molds to meet customers' diverse needs. Main application fields include kite frame, tent prop, model aircraft, and more.

（3）我们的专业及我们能提供什么
    我们在复合材料行业拥有超过20年经验，技术团队不仅对碳纤维的优点、特性和应用都有深入的了解，而且对其他复合材料如玻璃纤维、凯夫拉 / 芳纶、预浸料、编织布、单向布、无纺布、锻造碳纤维，环氧树脂、乙烯基酯树脂等也有深入的认识。 我们还掌握多项复合材料生产的工艺和技能，让我们可以满足各种产品的设计和开发需求。


（4）我们的生产线和服务对象
    作为专业的复合材料制品制造商，我们掌握了各种生产工艺并拥有自己的生产线。我们的主要业务是为客户提供定制的产品开发和生产服务。我们的生产线包括：

1）热压罐成型
    我们有一条热压罐成型工艺生产线，可以开发长度最大为2400mm、宽度最大为1200mm的各种定制结构部件。产品包括碳纤维无人机机身、船体、改装汽车配件如前/后保险杠、侧裙、发动机罩、行李箱盖、车顶、扰流板、前/后挡泥板、车门、进气口、轮毂、内饰件、赛车座椅、方向盘配件、仪表板；其他消费市场如雪茄筒、头盔、手提箱等。

2）模压成型
    我们的模压成型生产线和工艺可用于生产碳纤维板材和功能部件，例如遥控模型升级部件的碳板：遥控车底盘、前/后挡板、底部减震器、遥控底盘框架、无人机配件、无人机外壳、直升机侧板和尾翼；定型部件如螺旋桨、起落架、尾轮撑、飞机整流罩；自行车配件如自行车车架、头管、前叉、鞍座、曲柄、后变速器、轮圈；机械零件如智能包装机械弹片；饰品如戒指、手链、皮带扣、吊坠等；其他消费市场如钥匙链、腕表表盘、打火机、杯垫、笔管、表腕外壳、眼镜腿、运动鞋底、弓箭弹片等。

3）碳纤维卷管生产
    我们还拥有碳纤维卷管生产线，可以满足各种规格管件的生产需求。根据客户要求，我们可以定制管材结构。应用领域包括船舶制造如桅杆、船身、划桨、旗杆；遥控模型升级配件：无人机机架、尾管、尾部支撑杆；其他消费市场：登山杖、伸缩杆、钓竿等。

4）碳纤维拉挤型材生产
    此外，我们拥有成熟的拉挤型材生产线和规格齐全的产品模具，以满足客户多样化需求。主要应用领域包括风筝框架、帐篷支柱、模型飞机推拉杆、旗杆、电镀设备等等。
